Are Business Stacks / Days permanent or one-time?

Business Stacks permanently increases your business' collection limit by 1 each. Meaning your businesses will collect revenue for an extra 3 hours before they must be collected. (Defaults to 16 stacks, or 48 hours)

Business Days do the exact same, but adds 8 each instead of just one.

When does the Double EXP Party start?

Double EXP Parties start instantly when the rewards would normally be given in-game. It can not be manually started at a later time.
